Unless you have established an "open account" all orders must be prepaid by Check, Visa, MasterCard. All "open" or "Net 30" accounts are strictly on terms of payment 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to review and change anyone's account at any time.

No goods will be released to anyone whose account is past due.

Lead Time

Most Standard Finish iron orders are shipped within 2–3 weeks. Orders requiring custom bending, finishing, or fabrication may require additional time.

Premium Finishes generally run 3–4 weeks; contact us for current lead time.

Super Premium Plated Finishes usually run 5–6 weeks; these are hand polished and require extra labor. Contact us for current lead time.

ArtGlass Finials are made to order by different artisans. We have many in stock, otherwise 4–6 weeks. Contact us for the style and color you are interested in.

We have many ONALUX™ finials in stock, otherwise 4–6 weeks. Please contact us for the style and color you are interested in.

Rush Orders

If you need your order shipped sooner, a rush charge of 30% may apply. All rush orders must be approved; please contact us first. Premium and Super Premium Plated finishes may not be able to be rushed. ArtGlass may not be able to be rushed.

Shipping & Handling

Orders ship FOB from Boulder, Colorado via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or Bestway. All truck shipments must be inspected for damage upon delivery before signing. FedEx damage must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

Oversize charges apply on rods between 96" and 118". Freight shipping is required for all orders over 118" in length. Additional crating charges may apply. Price per quote.

Installation

Professional installation into studs or wood backing is advised. Mounting hardware is included, but may not be appropriate for every installation. Touch up paint is included to match the screw heads if alternate mounting hardware is required. The selection, use, and procurement of proper mounting hardware lies solely with the installer. Ona Drapery Hardware Company will not be held liable for damages or injury resulting from improperly installed or inadequately supported hardware.

Returns

All custom iron drapery hardware including rods made to your specifications are non-returnable. Ona Acrylic and ArtGlass components are custom made per order and are non-returnable. Premium and Super Premium finishes are non-returnable. Standard components (including rings, finials, and brackets) may be returned and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from shipment. All returns require prior approval.

Warranty

Ona Drapery Hardware manufactured goods are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to wear resulting from normal usage, damage from mishandling, abuse, or exposure due to climatic conditions over which it has no control. This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs.
